Mastery Summit: Lee Davenport

Armed with graduate degrees in business administration and legal studies, Lee Davenport is a thought leader in the real estate community. Lee has article features in the Huffington Post, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, REALTOR® Magazine, RE Technology,, South Philly Review, Trulia’s ActiveRain, RESAAS, and Inman News to name a few. During the aftermath of the 2007 housing market crash, Lee desired to better serve those devastated by the crash. As a result, she obtained REALTOR® certifications as an Affordable Housing Specialist and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. She helped numerous families emerge from “The Great Recession” with their housing needs met.

Furthermore, she has served as managing broker and mentor for one of Atlanta’s top RE/MAX franchises, RE/MAX Around Atlanta, home to over 90 of Georgia’s most successful real estate agents (who averaged over $140,000 in sales commissions at a time when the industry average was just around $40,000). At the same time, Lee was honored with a position on the advisory board at Kennesaw State University’s Center for Professional Selling, allowing her to impart into the program and its students during her management tenure with RE/MAX.

I have been working in real estate since 2001. I have been a broker’s assistant, buyer’s agent, associate broker and now I am Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Main Street Realty. I have ranked in the top 10 agents of my market for the last 7 years.

I really love selling real estate. I feel fortunate every day I wake up that I get to sell real estate for a living.
